When confirming any appointment, leave nothing to chance. Remind parent of the time, what she will be doing, what you will be doing, what she has to have prepared for you, expected time for photographing and selling and answer any questions. Remember, with all misunderstandings the photographer is looked at as the responsible party for not making sure there is a complete understanding of what will be taking place.
